1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and rs20 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the rs20 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. rs20 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The rs20 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. rs20 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Rs20 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Users who provide false or misleading information during registration may have their accounts closed without notice and forfeit any remaining balance.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an rs20 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or any tools to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent imposed limits or restrictions.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Disrupting, modifying, or compromising the operation of the platform or its technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform if you are in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited by law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all pending winnings, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on rs20 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports several local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Boost eWallet and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid for use.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- All deposits are subject to minimum limits as set by the chosen payment method.
- Withdrawals require full identity verification to be completed before the first transaction is processed.
- Rs20 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal request pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Withdrawal processing times are one to two business days, depending on the chosen method.
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
- Any applicable taxes on winnings are the user's responsibility under Malaysian law.
Rs20 reserves the right to temporarily freeze or restrict an account if unusual transaction activity is detected or if further verification is required to meet financial compliance obligations.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Rs20 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, financial loss or business disruption. rs20's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, reliability or availability of the service at any time. rs20 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rs20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity or for legal compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a user violation, any outstanding balance or pending winnings may be forfeited. Users who are dissatisfied with an account closure decision may contact the support team by email for further review.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the rs20 platform — including text, images, logos, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of rs20 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rs20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted only to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
